Questions
Is anything I use today going to start costing money?
No. The guides, the courses, the certificates and every openly licensed dataset and model stay free. Plans cover the datasets glitchdata compiles itself, which have always been paid for individually.
What is a "compiled dataset"?
One we research, assemble and keep up to date ourselves — postcode files, provider registers, store locations and the like. Each one lists its fields and where the data comes from, and is sold individually in the shop. A plan bundles them instead.
Can I buy a single dataset without a plan?
Yes. Every dataset page links to its listing, and one-off purchases work exactly as they do now.
What happens to my downloads if I cancel?
Files you have already downloaded are yours to keep under the licence they came with. You stop receiving refreshed copies when the plan ends.
Do you offer discounts for students or non-profits?
