Extracted from the 1994 US Census database by Barry Becker. The task is to predict whether a person earns more than $50,000 a year. It is widely used for benchmarking classifiers and for studying bias, since it includes sex and race.

- Neither file has a header row; values are separated by a comma and a space.
- Missing values are written as
?(inworkclass,occupationandnative_country). - The first line of
adult.testis a comment, and its labels end with a full stop (>50K.).
